If you are not sure of what to buy, our guide will help you to get an idea.

For Kitchen
The kitchen is the most important room in the house. It is the place where food for the whole family is cooked and it also works as the place of entertainment and family time. To start with, as the new home owners, you will need chairs and tables, cutlery, bowls, cups, plates, and glasses. Then you also need basic cookware like pots and pans, serving bowls, knives, colander, ladle, salt and pepper shaker, cutting board and sauce pans. You also need appliances to get started with the cooking like cooking range, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and a blender. And do not forget to buy a trash can.

Bedroom
Your bedroom needs to be comfortable so that you can have a good night’s sleep. For a comfortable sleep, you need a bed, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, spreads, and comforters. You also need a bedside table, an alarm clock, side lamp, hangers in the closet and a mirror. You also need to furnish items in other bedrooms. For kid’s bedrooms, you need to pick furniture as per their favorite theme.

Living room
The living room is the place where you sit and relax. Some of the common furniture bought for living rooms include, sofa set, coffee table, lamps, TV or entertainment unit, throw rugs and side tables.

Bathrooms
A bathroom is a place where you have your privacy. It needs to be stocked with cleaning items and personal items. Some of the items essential in the bathroom are shower curtains, wastebasket, bathroom and toilet cleaners, wash cloths, bath towels and hand towels. We also can store basic first aid supplies like bandages, gauze pads, and pills like aspirin, thermometer, other fever medications and pain killers.

Laundry
Washer and dryer are important for laundry. And other items required in the laundry include a basket, laundry supplies, ironing board and laundry hamper. When you have all these furniture items moved in your new house, you are ready to live with your family comfortably.

Depending on your budget you can go to any extent in choosing the interiors for your new home. However, it is always a good idea to buy furniture during a sale because you have a good chance of getting a discount and as well as good variety in furniture selection. Sales such as those from IKEA and Raymour and Flanigan have something to offer for every room of your house.
